Sierra Institute for Community and Environment, in partnership with the Lassen National Forest and Lassen Volcanic National Park, invites the communities of Mineral, Mill Creek, and surrounding areas, to join us on Saturday, June 10th, for a public meeting on the West Lassen Headwaters Project. The meeting will be held from 11 am - 12:30 pm at the Lassen National Park Headquarters in the Conference Room.

The West Lassen Headwaters Project is a 172,000-acre landscape restoration project spanning portions of the National Park, Lassen National Forest, and private lands focused on improving forest resilience, restoring watershed health, and protecting communities from wildfire. All community members are encouraged to attend! Come learn more about the project, ask questions, and provide feedback.
