We warmly invite you to join our local Boy Scout troop as they perform the revered ceremony of retiring American flags that have served their purpose and are no longer fit to fly. This heartfelt event will take place on Veterans Day, November 11, at 4 PM, at the Truman Colling Softball Field. Let us come together as a community to honor the sacrifices made by our veterans and to celebrate our shared traditions. Your presence will not only enrich this ceremony but also strengthen the bonds of unity and pride within the Lake Almanor area. We look forward to seeing you there as we salute our heroes and pay tribute to the values that unite us all.
