Sit by the fire and enjoy s'mores, while supporting Chester's Ice Skating Rink, the first winter activity of the Town Plaza at Chester Park. The Chilly Chili Cook-Off is a fundraising event to support the ice skating rink coming to Chester Park in December 2022 - February 2023.
