Take this opportunity to reflect on and show others what the Lake Almanor Basin Community means to you, your family and your friends. Reflect on... a special memory. your favorite decade. a moment in our history. We want to provide everyone with the opportunity to showcase their Reflections of the Lake Almanor area on the floats in our 2023 parade. The 2023 4th of July Parade will start at 11:00am at Collins Pine Park and roll down Main Street Chester to Olsen Street in Old Town. | 7/4/2023 | The 4th of July Fireworks show over Lake Almanor is a 25+ year tradition. The show is shot from a barge off the tip of the Peninsula and brings a spectacular end to a day of celebrations. The show begins after sunset and is best seen in a boat near the peninsula or from the west shore of the lake. There are many, more distant, viewing spots along the East Shore. We are grateful to all our generous sponsors and donors for keeping the fireworks spectacular alive year after year. more info... |
