The Summer Solstice is a power point along the wheel of the year. As this is the longest day of the year, we have the opportunity to tap into the loving, abundant, and creative energy of the Sun at its peak.

This special one-day retreat in the majestic mountains of Northern California will celebrate the spirit of the Sun with like-hearted ladies through Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork, Guided Herb Walk, Herbal Medicine Crafting, Yoga Nidra, and more.

No prior experience necessary - all levels are welcome!
